Recursevily calling gtk_main_iteration ()

Hi all,

It so happenend that i am calling gtk_main_iteration() in a callback-routine
(do not ask me about the why :-). I was wondering if this may do any harm. I
can imagine two situations here:
- It is secured that the same callback routine will NOT be called again.
- It so might happen that the same callback routine is called again.

Anybody can help me here?
