2.4 schedule

At the risk of getting on everybodies nerves...

is it maybe time to adjust the 2.4 schedule again ? The current plan states

1 August 2003 All major features are in
1 September 2003 Feature freeze

We're close to the second date already, but haven't even gotten all major
feature in
yet (though we have made some progress).

So what the status of the outstanding major features ?

- File selector (we have to get this one) (#29087)

  ...still blocked on properties for interfaces.


- Combo widget (Kris has made progress here) (#50554)

   Kris ? The table menu stuff is sorted out now, isn't it ?


- Properties for interfaces (#105894)

   ...stalled between Owen and Tim. 


- Full Unicode 3.2 (4.0?) support, including non-BMP portions. (#68435,
#101081)
- Make RTL text editing really work (automatic paragraph direction, etc.,
#70451, #70399)

  Patches ready for review, I think.
