OpenGL integration RFC

hi everyone,

The attached file contains a small RFC which tries to describe what
"OpenGL integration" means for GDK/GTK+. This RFC has been drafted on
the gtkglext mailing list with the approval of everyone including the
gdkglext maintainer.

The goal of this RFC is to understand what kind of API the GTK+ team is
willing to consider for integration in GTK+ 2.6.x. Given the amount of
existing working code, I believe it should be possible to focus for
integration early during 2.5.x.
