Hi

What is the fb_manager in the linux-fb port of gdk? It looks like a way 
for different clients (i.e. user applications of gdk) to use the fb 
together.

I can see that it can be disabled by #ENABLE_FB_MANAGER. Any reason why 
this should be disabled, if my understanding of its function is correct?
