Basically. On my weekly status report, one of the items is
"- Heckle Tim Janik about properties-on-interfaces." But there
is plenty of other work that needs to be there as well.
The thing that properties-on-interfaces is blocking is anyone
else trying it out or fooling around with the code.

I'll take another look at them. There was that ColorButton/ColorCombo
issue, though maybe we should just ignore it and add GtkColorButton.

I just went through and commented the implementation in detail.
Definitely a few things to fix, but should be straightforward.

Added a couple of comments to the bug report. Generally, what you
have there looks good, though I'm not sure it's everythign we need.

I wouldn't disagree.
We seem to have procedural problems at getting from the "close" stage
to the "committed" stage for some of these things.
Mails to gtk-devel-list of the form:
- There is a new patch in bugzilla for bug #12345
- The issues brought up last time were
- A: resolved by ...
- B: resolved by ...
- C: ignored, because ...
- Are we ready to commit? / I'm going to go ahead and
commit in a week if nobody objects. [*]
Might be a good idea

Owen
