That's an interesting observation. Given that this dialog is mostly for
showing and hiding columns, it should probably focus on that and have
reordering as a side effect. The current keyboard/DnD way works pretty
well. Matthias, did you have any ideas for a Toolbar customization
dialog? Is there one written at all?
