Installation of test files, configure

Hi, I didn't see a direct way to control where the tests binaries are
installed for the target, configure does not have a flag... Is there
an  'official' way how to control where those are installed, does not
seem to be installed by default to  /usr/local/bin, looked at the
final tests/Makefile, and I could not see anything about where the
binaries a copied, but I could be wrong. --Kent
