PATCH to fix TreeView keynav

I would be very happy if this GTK+ patch (from Narayana Pattipati) could
be approved in time for GNOME 2.6 - that probably means before the Hard
Code Freeze on Monday, March 8th.

When a TreeView has only one item, this patch allows the user to select
that item with the down arrow key, just as he can normally select items
with the arrow keys when there is more than one item in the TreeView. I
think this will make keyboard navigation in Nautilus fully usable, and
can be yet another big deal for our GNOME 2.6 release notes.
