2.4.1 and 2.4.2 plans

What I'm thinking of for 2.4.1 and 2.4.2 is:

 2.4.1 - beginning of next week; strictly conservative bug fixes
         only. The idea is that this will be the final GNOME-2.6
         release. Get one or more people to review any changes
         you are putting in.

 2.4.2 - more substantive fixes for 2.4.0 (e.g., missing accessibility
         stuff, hidden files in GtkFileChooser.) Approximately
         one month from the release of 2.4.0 (so, middle of April)

What this means is that if you have any 2.4.2-scale stuff, I'd
like to hold off on it until after next Monday.

I'm not sure when it makes the most sense to branch for 2.6;
my feeling is to do it next Monday after we tag 2.4.1.
