GtkBuilder - My little interpretation

Hi all,
    I've done some hacking this weekend, basicly I went ahead
and implemented all the code needed to support older style glade
files with GtkBuilder, it adds versioning support to GtkBuilder
so that some exceptions from the old format can safely be discarded
with newer glade files.

The patch includes a bunch of mini reviewable patches and one
big bad convenience patch to cvs HEAD that includes my work and
Johan's work all together in one.

With this patch applied you should be able to load any glade file
you have lying around unless it contains a GtkCList.
