I added some text about the Windows-specific issues with GIOChannels
to the 2.8 branch in CVS; could somebody please check that I didn't
mess up anything as I really don't understand gtk-doc that well.

	* glib/tmpl/iochannels.sgml: Document some Windows-specific issues.

	* glib/glib-sections.txt: Move three Windows-specific functions
	that now are documented from being Private to the correct section.
