Where applicable, I've put in brackets the last maintainer(s) to "touch"
the bug report, but anyone is welcome to give his input.

Comments or ideas on how to improve the reports would be greatly appreciated.
I think in the near future the reports will be mostly centered around
cleaning up the house anyway.

I've tried to remove the bugs that require some heavy thinking from a
maintainer and focus first on more or less immediate issues or bugs
which appeared to be reaching a conclusion and are blocking on more
input from a maintainer or simply died.

Also, changed superfluous prose for some keywords where appropriate.

text the correctness of the patch, this seems to be the only thing
needed to get it integrated.
