Status of PHP-GTK bindings

As of the PHP-GTK 2.0.0 release (Feb 29) the language binding has at
least partial support for gtk versions up through 2.12 - some functions
are still missing but coverage is at more than 90%.

The support available can vary if compiled with an older version of the
GTK libraries (only features available are added) but official compiles,
such as the windows version provided, have support for the 2.12 gtk release.

Could we please be re-added to the language bindings page?
