Yes, thats a know scrollkeeper bug:

Install rarian. scrollkeeper is end-of-life. the project owners don't care about 
it as you can see on the tracker. I was wondering if we shoudl fork it into 
svn.gnome.org and atlease patch the most annoyances and release a last bugfix 
update.

You coudl also file a bug against gnome-doc-utiles to call scrollkeeper-update 
with "-" to avaoid failing bacause of it.
