help on disabling file-chooser

Hi, 

I need to recompile gtk+2.0-2.12.12  disabling file-chooser. I can't deactivate saving files on the custom application I'm using (3th party libraries) so I need 
a system wide file-chooser saving file deactivation.

I'm not a gtk developer so I don't know very well how it works, I don't know in which point file-chooser widget is called to save a file and 
how to supress the signal. 

I'm trying to modify code but I'm getting dependencies problems.

Any help ?
