dconf 0.7.5

As a quick follow-up to dconf 0.7.4 here is 0.7.5.  This release fixes
the major crasher in the last release and attempts to incorporate some
vendor patches that distributions had been carrying.

Robert didn't get the memo about no new feature development before the
0.8 release and added a bunch of nice stuff to the editor.  Since some
changes to the build system were involved, I'm releasing 0.7.5 to let
the dust settle before going to 0.8.0.

Please provide feedback about any problems that you encouter.

This release corrects a serious flaw in the previous release: crashing
if the database did not already exist.

It also contains many fixes and improvements to the dconf-editor,
including use of GSettings to store the window geometry.

This is the final release before 0.8.0 which will become the first
release in a new stable series.  Feature development will continue on
'master' toward 0.9 past that point.
