Re: a new combo box

This is a quick note to say that I updated the mockups a little while ago:

These are intended to be a bit simpler than the previous iteration
(found at [1]). I would personally prefer not to use horizontal
movement (as seen in the handling of groups), but that is somewhat
dependent on bug 741155 [2].
