Re: F_SETPIPE_SZ error

It’s already been reported as https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=795133, and has been fixed as the following commits in master and glib-2-56:

• master: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/glib/commit/0beb62f56

• glib-2-56: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/glib/commit/1d2e685d9

Either apply the glib-2-56 patch from above, or wait until the next 2.56.x release.
