GDK docs updated

Hi,

I just made a big effort to finish off a few pages of the GDK docs.
There are only 2 GDK sections not taken now:

  Color Contexts
  Drag and Drop


Note that I also ran 'make templates' so it may be wise for people to
do an update before editing anything to avoid clashes.


There are also 9 free GTK+ pages, if anyone has some free time!
