It's almost up-to-date, except that I now have docs for GtkCList.
There are now just 5 GTK+ sections and 6 GDK sections without volunteers.
Though there are quite a few sections which are assigned to people but
haven't been started.

Currently it looks like you only volunteered for the Types section,
which is listed as 50% complete.
