--output-dir in gtkdoc-scanobj

There was a missing "output-dir:s" in the GetOptions() call in
gtkdoc-scanobj.in.  I committed it to CVS yesterday.  It may be a good
idea to have a new release of gtk-doc so that the packages that use
that option can build properly (i.e. the new gdk-pixbuf release that
should come out in a couple hours).
