Inline docs for function pointer typedefs

It would be really convenient to be able to put inline docs for
function pointer typedefs in the header or corresponding source
file. Is this possible? If so, how? If not, where can I file an
enhancement request? As it is, I don't think there is any way to get
rid of the empty argument documentation box, not even by putting docs
in the .tmpl file.

While I'm on the topic, it might be nice to be able to put inline docs
for #defines and struct definitions, although these can be handled OK
with .tmpl files.
