more indices

I think it would be nice to produce separate indices of
deprecated symbols and new api additions. I've attached a 
patch to implement that to 
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=115530
The hard part of this is to add support for multiple indices
to the docbook stylesheets. Since this is generally useful,
I've also filed a feature request for this at docbook.sourceforge.net.
Until that functionality appears in a released version of the
stylesheets, we could simply ship a 
modified autoidx.xsl with gtk-doc.
