I just spotted one minor issue - gtk-doc.dtd is referenced in
gtk-doc.cat.in but is not included in the distribution.
I'm fairly sure we don't use gtk-doc.dtd any more, so I'm just going to
remove it from gtk-doc.cat.in. (I'll remove it from cvs at some point.)
Let me know if that is a problem.
