Hi Damon,

I've files the neccesary changes under
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=166359

I used Gnu FDL as the licens in the OMF file. I don't know what to use for the
author/copyright holder and just put 'gtk-doc developer team' in there ;-)

If this change gets accepted, I'll start to integrate the docs from the various
txt files under docs/.
