Patch submit

Hi,

I have a tiny patch to submit to hyperlink default object property values.

Stuff like PANGO_ALIGN_LEFT would become a hyperlink, but not 123 or "abc".

I am not a regular developer for this project, so I do not have a GNOME Git account.

(I just started hacking on GTK+ recently.)

Since there is no Bugzilla entry for this issue (that I know),

what do I do next? I am OK to send to this list, but it seems like spam(?).
