this could probably be done by using a font which has hindi digits in
place of arabic-western ones, otherwise you would get Hindi digits
only if its stored also in Hindi.. though it might be a easy hack to
convert from arabic-western to Hindi when displaying, typically could
be done by just adding an offset to the numeric codes.
