Rendering and Round Down Mode

Can I implement RoundDownMode in pango ?

RoundDownMode rounds off the coordinate value, so as to ensure that rendering does not start at the middle of a pixel.

 

Does such a mode exist in pango ?

Or, does everything render at the rounded off coordinates (by default) ?
