That's correct.  That's why we use the name "ftp.redhat.com", not
"speedy.redhat.com".  Speedy is no longer our ftp machine, so it
should be no surprise that it doesn't allow anonymous ftp anymore.

Elliot hasn't moved his stuff over to the new ftp machine, so
wait for him to do it.  When he is done, it should show up in
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/home/sopwith/
