Vertical Resizing Bug

There doesn't seem to be a minimum vertical size for any of the windows.
For example, you can resize the color selection dialog in testgtk to
445x158.  However, you cannot resize the same window to a width less than
445.  Also, after several attempts to resize the window to something
smaller than the original size, testgtk hangs.

I'm running gtk 971201 on Linux 2.0.32.
