gtk and a gcc-2.7.2.3.f.x

I had to rename a variable "restrict" to "restricT" in gtkbutton.c at
line 453 to make my g77 enabled gcc happy.
also:
gtkoptionmenu.c:304: parse error before `restrict'

gcc does not like the word restrict any more!
