I downloaded and tried to compile it, but configure script cant
find MesaGL libraries (I have them in /usr/local/lib/). Also it
seems overly complex for what it does. Much simpler approach is
taken by my gtkGLArea widget found at

ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/contrib/gtkglarea-980402.tar.gz

(My first try at GTK programming of course :)
