Xde drag'n'drop for XEmacs

Hi there!

Is there some specification of the dnd protocol used by gtk+? (Yes, I have the 
sources...)

I would like to add the protocol to the XEmacs DnD API, and for this a formal
specification would be the best way to start (decifering source takes to much
time...).
