We seem to be getting a lot of announcements on this list.  
Shouldn't we have an announcement list for Gtk based programs
so those who want these messages without the other discussions
can get them?

Gtk-list is too high traffic to be our announcement list (although
anything to the announcement list should be sent here as well.)

How about a gtk-announce-list (moderated)?
