Announce & patch: upcoming glade-- 0.2.1 fixes some bugs with '-p'

Since maintaing a web site is no fun (when behind a dial-up line), I
want to restrict glademm releases to a minimum.

But I found and fixed some severe bugs with '-p' and e.g. SpinButtons.
So I'd like to post the fixes here and publish the new version tomorrow
(before the weekend).

If you don't use '-p' to prevent virtual table overflows, you probably
won't notice.

PS: It also recognizes clist column widths.
PPS: I'm really looking forward to the upcoming glade with toolbar
support. Will be available for glademm instantly!
