Getting Selection Info from a CLIST

I was wondering how to get the selection info from a clist with
GTK_SELECTION_MULTIPLE.

Lets say i have a clist w/ 10 rows, and 3 of them are selected,
I want to be able to loop thru the the number of rows in the list, and
check each one to see if it has a selection.
