Design question

Hello,

I'd like to ask something, it's a matter of design.

I want the users of my program to choose between two possibilties. Could
you giveme  an adivce on which widget is it the best to use ?

I think that one click is the best. So the option menu need two click,
I wanted to use the toggle button. But if someone knows a better way,
please...
