Try adding /usr/local/lib (assuming that's where you
installed your Gtk libraries) to LD_LIBRARY_PATH. Something
like
     LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
     export LD_LIBRARY_PATH
should help ...

hi
i installed gtk + glib in my linux box
but when i try to compile any thing, the sistem reports many errors.
i think the problem is not knowing where i've installed the libs.
can you tell me which paths should i change??
