Is it a bug?

Hello,

I think that I found a bug in gtk 1.2.6, but I'm not a gtk guru so I do not
know -- maybe it's a feature? ;)

It seems that gtk_rc_parse drops LC_NUMERIC.

Please check attached example (type `make test').

At my computer it looks like

env LANG=ru_RU ./bug
ru_RU
C

So LC_NUMERIC was dropped by gtk_rc_parse?
