ANNOUNCE: PerlComposer 0.8

PerlComposer is a IDE for perl/GTK programming. It provides a lot of
facilities to help the user developing perl/GTK codes quickly. The
built-in GUI builder supports almost all GTK widgets in this release.
In addition, you can import the form from GLADE also. 

In this release, we remove the dependencies of most perl modules except
GTK/GNOME binding.
