Can I override Netscape 6's accelerators?

I'm trying to switch from Netscape 4.77 to 6.1.  I would much prefer the
various menu accelerators be bound to Alt- prefixed keys.  Is it possible to
override the defaults, given that 6.1 uses Gtk-1.2?
