Pause & Resume stock items

Hi,

after getting my Gnome 2 running and examining the stock items, I noticed
these two were not there.

I could imagine a lot of applications which might need them, like the
Tetris I was hacking around ;), gIDE, a media player, you name it.

Any ideas if such items should be added?
