Glade problem, change object.

Hi,
I'm new to Glade,

I have made a windows and some object(picture mainwin.jpg),
but I want to place objects below menubar with a frame when Setup is pressed(picture whatIwant.jpg),

I don't know how to do,
can you help me, thanks in advance.
