compiling problems :(

Hi, I am trying to install the latest version of glib,
i am running into some problems though and i can't
figure it out.
I cd into the directory, i run ./configure, it runs
fine (except it says "configure : WARNING: Could not
determine POSIX flag. (-posix didn't work.)" half way,
but it keeps on going.
Then i do "make" and i get this :

I am running as root, i am running os x, 10.2, with
dev tools installed
