You probably should be using GtkTreeView and Gtk{List|Tree}Store instead
of CList; there is an overview of using these in the GTK+ API
documentation at

a full tutorial on the subject, written by Tim-Philipp Müller, at

To get the scrollbar, you need to put your list widget inside a
GtkScrolledWindow.
