Do you have /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/misc/k14.pcf.gz ?
The 2nd line (ricoh-ms mincho-...) is, nothing to say,
Japanese font bundled to MS Windows that Microsoft denies
to use it on other operating system, you cannot use.
The 3rd line should match with so-called k14 font,
whose full X core font name is:
-misc-fixed-medium-r-normal--14-130-75-75-c-140-jisx0208.1983-0
If you have k14.pcf.gz (and -misc-fixed-...-jisx0208.1983-0 is
included in fonts.dir file in the same directory), there might
be something wrong in font accessing, althought gtk may know
right font name. Checking by xlsfonts, xfontsel is needed.
