Gtk over DirectFB - Not able to enable window decorations

Hi All,
I am using Gtk+ 2.12.2 over DirectFB 1.1.1. I want to enable window decorations. As given in the readme file in gdk/directfb/README I enabled the flag #define DECORATE_WINDOWS but it looks for linux-fb/gdkfb.h which is not present and many flags are undefined.
How to enable window decorations?
