Hi there ...
The Gtk libs seemed to choke from time
to time with some code construct.
I think I used something like this:
($xpm,$mask) = Gtk::Gdk::Pixmap(new Gtk::Gdk::Window(undef), $style, $filename);

This error appears again and again when I try to run

Gdk-ERROR **: BadIDChoice (invalid resource ID chosen for this connection)

The code itself seems to be fine and most functions
are SelfLoaded during run-time. I havn't changed
functions that are related to the start-up of my app.
Any Perl/Gtk related ideas that might cause this error?
Comments?
This error should not be related in any way to the perl binding:
it's either a problem in Gtk+ or in your program (most likely the
latter:-).
If you can provide a small program that shows the error we can find out
quickly what it is.
