Gtk3::Window and set_default_icon_name

Hi all,

calling set_default_icon_name seems to break the subsequent code with the following error message:

Can't locate object method "add" via package "Gtk3::Window=HASH(0x1e632b0)" (perhaps you forgot to load "Gtk3::Window=HASH(0x1e632b0)"?) at gtk3.pl line 12.

See my example below. I've added only one line to the example  code copied from http://search.cpan.org/~tsch/Gtk3-0.008/lib/Gtk3.pm
