Gtk2::HTML or Gtk2::WebKit on win32?

Hello,
is there a way to make Gtk2::HTML or Gtk2::WebKit work on win32?
I have tried installing them but ran into dependency hell. Has anyone
successfully done it?
Please help if you know, I've been banging my head with this for a whole day.
